Hatchimals Mermal Magic : Concept Work

I was tasked by Spin Master to develop concepts for their 5th season of this highly successful Hatchimals brand. Initially, the conceit was for "Underwater Magic," and eventually was refined by their internal team to the "Mermal Magic" look seen on-shelf. Spin Master used the work I developed, and sea-worthy assets I illustrated, to finalize the look for this season.
